Problem edit user account

Hi Ordasoft Team

Explain something to me about adding a user account. When I add myself as user,i get an activating account email.
I activate the user account and now i can log in. So far so good. Now i will edit my user account
to another e-mail adress and the following happens. It send the email, but i never recieve an user email on the new email adress. When i then try to send an email with a buy request, it tell me that the email has been send and show an OK button. I push the ok button and the ALL VEHICLE page is shown. now i can add without login add an vehicle. There is something total wrong. I can now login backend, go to "users" and i can see thet it changed the email i asked fore, but it dont work. This is a clean installation and only the language s changed.????? I now push the add vehicle button and with red it say something like: You have not loged in, if you will edit vihicles in the future, then log in, but i can edit an vehicle. I all stated with a email change ?????. When changing the email adress the line OWNER in MAIN disapear totaly, if i change the email back again it is shown again.CAR TEMPLATE Oktober 2012: Hope you understand my problem.

Hello John,

I not full understand what emails you not take but must take?!

Rent request email - go to Admin (if he set setting for rent request email in admin manager and set email address ),

If send rent request email to vehicle owner, send to email - what save at every Vehicle.
With help that email we defined - what user owner for some vehicle.
So now if you changed self profile email, we may lost all vehicles what you has before.

But that not have any reason for any other site emails.

There possible for all, but you may change that in Vehicle manager Admin setting, You may set what users may add new Vehicles.

Please write, not all problems in one post. Please write problem by problem

Hi

I will try in another way. If i´m have a User acount there are a e-mail adress connected to the User Account. You can Edit your account, and that must include the email adress, if you because of some reasons have a new Internet company or for some other reasons.
I have tried to set up an account, and change the email adress.
After i changed the email adress i have tried to Write to "USER". with the NEW E-mai adress, but no email came trough. Then i checked it from the Backend, just to check if the email adress had changed, in the USER Area, and it had, but you can´t write to the USER wiht the new email adress.
Because i have changed the email adress, the OWNERS line disapear in Vehicle MAIN overview site. ???? If i set the account back to the old email adress, the OWNERS line i MAIN is back, but now you can´t write to the old Email adress.

Hi there


I can make a User registration and add a vehicle after activating the account.
Now i will send a BUYING REQUEST to the OWNER, but the email never show up) by the owner why. Afterwards I have made a clean installation without make any Changes and tried it again. It doesn’t make sence if you can´t write a email to the USER(OWNER). I can put email trough contacts, but they are to me as webmaster. I can activate the User account but but nothing happend, when you make a Buying Request ???????? Vehicle Park October 2012

Hello,

For owner take Buy request email, - you need set to "On" all buy request email notifications setting.
If you correct configure email setting for yours site, if user has good email address - but he not take "Buy request email" - that error. Please send to us admin access to yours site and we will check where error.
