VehicleManager component support

I purchased your VM Pro 2.2 Package, i'am not a VM opensource version user.

I purchased VM Pro package 2.2($56) and hoped for a professional support,
My question is not too difficult for ordasoft admin but nothing response from ordasoft, Ref:

I am sorry, I can't describe full add field process, that will need do to many places, you will need add that to code (to some files) and to Database.As result I may forgot some details...

And copy a the custom manual like you was answer to an opensource user in this forum.

Why do someone buy this pro+ package with FULL SUPPORT when there is no support like a vm opensource version and nothing help me for a VM Pro 2.2 Package($59)?

If you not know PHP. You will can't add full new custom fields to ours component! Sorry, ours component not support that features
