These terms and conditions of use apply to all OrdaSoft product(s). This includes Templates  and the Extensions . If you do not agree with the terms defined below, you should not use products or services offered by OrdaSoft. OrdaSoft reserves the right to change, and or modify the current Terms without prior notice.

1. Subscription Plans

Each Subscription Plan includes specific numbers of licenses. Each license gives you the right to use the product on one site. Site means DOMAIN. Make sure that you only use the permitted number,  It is not permitted to use our products on more than the allowed domains.  If you have more sites using our products you must remove them on the other sites.

2. License and Ownership

All the products displayed in this website are property of OrdaSoft. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified, and you have no right to to resell our template packages and (or) extensions.

3. Modifications

You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the OrdaSoft products to suit your needs. For example, you can delete backlinks from footer but it's not permitted you to change or remove the copyright information in the source code ( XML, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products). All the products displayed in this website are property of OrdaSoft.

4. Member Access

As a member your username and password is for your personal use only. If we discover that you share or give out your username and password, we will end your membership account with us at once.

5. Refund Policy

OrdaSoft.com provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at OrdaSoft.com. Before buying product(s) you can check demo and test our free products. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'description' of our products.

6. Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by user will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.

OrdaSoft does not take responsibility for data used in a Payment gateways financial transaction. Payment gateways is responsible for accepting and verifying your financial account details. Your financial details are not stored on our system.

7. Warranty

OrdaSoft gives no warranty or guarantee for our Templates packages and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demo sites. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions.

8. Support

We provide technical support for OrdaSoft products via email and forum. During our general support hours Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours.

Difference between what is  technical support and customizations. We are committed to help you with any type of support query, however we can't provide extensive help in terms of customizations. Please read our documentation about how to use our extensions and template packages or hire our developer who can do it for you. 

9. Disclaimer

In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
