OrdaSoft Shop ordering procedure and policies

Finding products

• Select the category you would like to browse above.
• Then select the product you are interested in.
• You can check out the product details before you purchase.
• Check the product details carefully BEFORE you buy!
• Since you will receive the software product with fully accessible source code, there can be no refunds!

Valid email address and shipping address required

• Ordering works easiest if you already have a valid user account on the OrdaSoft site.
  Please make sure your account has a valid permanent email address.
• If you place the order without having an account first, then the email address which you provide in the shipping information will become your user login name.
• We require a valid email address, otherwise we cannot send you the download link!
• We send future upgrades through email, so please make sure your email address is permanent.
• We require a valid shipping address, otherwise we will not accept your order .
• Please be aware that some providers (like Bellsouth and AT&T) have the strange policy of initially blocking all emails from email servers unknown to them. This makes it impossibile for us to send you the downbload link, so please use an alternative email address if you have your email with such a provider.

Payment Options

• We use PayMate as a payment option.
• This means you can use major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
• To avoid delays in receiving your download link, please read the note below about payments!

Purchase and download

• Once you complete a purchase, you will first receive an order confirmation through email.
• The order confirmation will state the user name and email address with which you placed the order, so please save it somewhere. You will need those details to log on in order to download your purchase, and also as Proof of Purchase should you ever need to contact us about your order.
• We will manually check that your payment has been received on our PayMate account.
• After your payment has been received and checked, you will receive an email stating that your order status has been changed to "Confirmed". That email will contain a download link for the purchased product.
• You click that link (with has a verification code in it which is linked to your purchase order) to download the product you purchased
• Maximum number of downloads: 3 times.
• Validity duration: the download link will remain valid for 5 days.
• If for whatever reason your download link has expired before you got a chance to download, please contact sales@ordasoft.com with the details of your purchase.

Please note :

If you don't receive the download link within 24 hours, this could be due to the following:

• Check the payment status for your order in your own Card account
