OrdaSoft template Support

Hi, I know this is a VirtueMart related issue but upon checking the VirtueMart forums, it seems to be a template related issue.

I can get VM to display a page with all the product categories as seen here
healthcarecbn.com.cp-45.webhostbox.net/i....php/pharmaceuticals

However, when you click on my test product category 'Endocrinology' healthcarecbn.com.cp-45.webhostbox.net/i...ticals/endocrinology
the product that I have listed there does not dispay

IF you visit the home page, you will see the product 'Norprolac' and it will link you to the product details
healthcarecbn.com.cp-45.webhostbox.net/i...ogy/norprolac-detail

How can I get the products to be displayed when I click their category.

Since it is a complete white blank page (without PHP error line) i can't be sure what the reason is.
Did you try to check your error_log file or turn on error reporting in Joomla to see what is going on behind the scene?

I tried this situation (I create new categories) and it doesn't behaves the same as yours. Everything looks okay in my screen. It works just fine in our DEMO server and in my local machine.

Please check your errors. Once we see the error, then we could say more.

Hi So the error logs didn't help however, I did get it to work.

I noticed that on your DEMO page you did a menu item pointing to the category. I did the same and the products displayed both from the menu item and from the category listing page.

My only question now is how do you get it to show like how it's displayed on the DEMO site?

How can I get it to show just the Product Name, Image and Product Details button? I don't want the short description displayed.

Hi, we can mark this as solved. I figured out the products display. Just leave all the display settings to NO Override and it works.
