Is there an option to add a specialprice like final cleaning?

the user is booking for one week and he must pay a 375€, but he musst pay the final cleaning service and this musst be add to every bill, so that the final bill cost 425€

I have found in the functions.php this entry
$sum_price = $sum_price_not_sp_price + $count_spashal_price;
and i have modified ist like this
$sum_price = $sum_price_not_sp_price + $count_spashal_price+50;

It works but i'm very happy when i add this price to the backend of REM.
The final cleaning cost is different in every Object.

We have special price for house, you can set price for house you need and for time you wish. That is to say you get new final price.

i need one specialprice for the end of rent time.
at the end of the rent time we musst cleaning the house complete for the next user and this is what the user musst pay.

We book 50€ per day , sometimes 85€ per day (holidaytime) thats correct and i use your specialprice option for that.

And if the user is riding back to home he musst pay the finalcleaning bill and thats my problem. This cost musst be add on the bill

2 * 50€ booking for 2 days = 100€ rent price
final cleaning 1* 75 € = 75€

cost : 175€

If you want one specialprice for the end of rent time it will be customization service (paid work).

To get this feature need change booking form.

It is not easy, for this need time.
