Why can't I download the Book Library Basic Comp 14 Years, 7 Months ago

Hi. Is there an issue with the basic book library 1.5.25 ?. I am trying to download and there is a message :
"The document is being edited/updated by a User and is unavailable at this moment."
I was using 1.5.24 and am having the issues related to the amazon api changes.
Please advise

If you are using doc man, I found a thread that seems to explain the problem.
They recommend to do this:
"In Joomla backend go to Tools >> Global Checkin. Should fix this problem."
