Hi there,

I am using joomla 1.5.23 and the following version of the booklibrary component:

As I add a new book, film, whatever, all fields below are not saved. I click on save an all my input is deleted
It doesnt matter if I chose "fetch information - on your own" or "amazon.de" or something else - everything is always empty as I click save. Do you have any idea?

Hi there,
I have the same problem on joomla 1.7 and the latest booklibrary component.
Do you have a solution to this yet?

I have added a screenshot when I refetch the info from amazon...

hello,

Yours problem with take info from Amazon, Not know why - you can't take that info.
Please careful check Amazon setting for BookLibrary -if there are for you all OK

Can you give admin access to yours site or to yours demo site and we will check where error. Yours account details you may send with help OrdaSoft contact form
