I have purchased Booklibrary Pro, and received a download link by email. That download link is not working, however. When I click it, it goes to the download area of the ordasoft.com site, and tells me to enter the Download ID (which is already filled in), When I click "Start Download" I then see an error message:

Error: Sorry, but the requested file wasn't found. Possible Cause: Wrong path

I sent an email
