To make it clear, I made two graphs and attach them here to find out what I mean. I tried to do this but it does not work. The module is very nice but is limited to use onlyfor houses. I tried to explain in two graphs what this is about

In you case, you said about features module.
so you need go
{your site}/modules/mod_realestatemanager_featured_free/tmpl/default.php
find all rows look like
and replace to
Please backup file first
