Before Editing:
while editing (no manual changes) - new source code is generated:

Source Code
After saving (without any manual changes) - Images missing:
Is it normal? How to fix it? Does the purchase version have the same behavior?
The gallery had that behavior from the beginning. New is that message in the back-end since an update:

Hello,
Try to make the editing in a different browser.
Your browser must have JavaScript enabled
Do not use the No Script
This error occurs when was the problem of file permissions or admin. This does not affect the functionality.

I tried at two different computers with Chrome and Firefox.
I checked my Java Status at www.enable-javascript.com/
I checked my Java Version (Version 8 Update 121 )
I checked Adblocker and Noscript (not installed)
I will ask some friend to try it..
Edit:
I set the JCE editor settings to allow Javascript and allow CSS and allow PHP options - still no change
I tried TinyMCE editor - same problem.
I checked my Java Status at www.enable-javascript.com/

Describe step by step procedure that lead to error.
