Joomla Slider Support

First of all - I am very impressed with the front end controls for the slider - and hope to get it to work properly. I have installed it on a friends site, and shortly after installation it began to show rows of dots in a grid pattern over the images. Secondly if I set the size or other settings and click SAVE then reload the page it goes back to a smaller size and previous settings. No doubt I have some conflict or something in error. Please take look if you would

site is Joomla 3.8.13 php 7.2 and I can provide logins if needed.

Please turn off, pagenator.

Please use "lazy load" mode.

The ADVANCED features are not changeable on my installation. I will try reducing the number of pics. Thanks
