If you mean any our joomla template settings.
There you may add styles to any our elements on site, you need only to "selector' add any valid CSS selector

I don't understand what you mean. Where is a selector located?

For any HTML element you may add CSS selectors
And this selector you may set in our template settings. Please check attachment, There styles for all "input" elements
