Hi Im trying ton build a rentals menu which only displays rentals, just cant fathom out how to do this help.

Hello
For now in OrdaSoft property management software - you can't create menu for show all properties for rent.
But yo ease may create so menu.
1.You need with help Properties search module, Do search properties with Status "For rent".
2. Save Url to search result from point 1.
3. In Joomla Module manager create Menu Item to System->External Url. And set there URL from point 2
