I'm getting this error when I install the Real Estate Portal May 2012


JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/iaabo272/public_html/adeliadeltrecco/tmp/install_52f27f576cab6/ordasoftrealestateportalmay2012/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ordasoftautodealershipportalmay2012.ini

Non of the icons show up.

sorry, what exactly you install:
- is quickstart package ?
- is template ?
- what joomla version you use ?

Good afternoon and thank you for getting back to me.

I am using the template. I've had problems loading the quickstart package so I'm just using the template.

Joomla version 2.5.17
OrdaSoftRealEstatePortalMay2012

Please try install quick start first

I tried installing quickstart and this is what I get:
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

When I install the template I get the other error message.

I've installed some of the other templates and had no problems.
Except when I install quickstart then it times out after about
40 - 45 seconds.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've unzipped the program and go
from there.

Bellow details how you need install any our template quick start:
ordasoft.com/Templates/Templates-package...ckstart-package.html


Except when I install quickstart then it times out after about
40 - 45 seconds.
For that need high timeout variable on your HTTPd server
