The theme of Real Estate Manager is referring to properties as Houses! When you a marketing Residential and commercial properties they should be referred to as "Properties", not grouped under the term "Houses". If You were selling a Bar or a shop, it would be odd to list under a house for sale.
Is there a way to change this?

If I wanted to sell a business I wouldn't want it displayed as:
House for sale - Supermarket
It should be:
Property for sale - Supermarket.
On the front page it has:
Search houses
This should be Search Properties
Perhaps in your native language you call all buildings 'Houses' but its not what it should be in english.

Please every time show what exactly you mean ordasoft.com/Joomla_templates/Real-Estate-templates/
In real estate manager component
- you may rename all categories, all property names and every property details
With help Real estate language tab - you may rename every text label on site
