Please try to install updated module of Real Estate Manager - Featured.
It includes functionality of New module.

Hello,

First, you need to login to the administrative area of your Joomla! website. Then, access the Joomla! Extension Manager by going to Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Upload Package File tab. Click the Browse button and select the Featured module zip package on your local machine.

Before you need delete previous version.
