RealEstateManager 3.0 has next fields in RealEstateManager :: Sale Manager:

1) HouseID
2) Address
3) User
4) Description
5) email
6) Phone number

that are default feature. If you need column with the date of sending mail for this you need make changes in code and changes in database.

If you are systems engineer you easily make that.

Real Estate Manager - Joomla Real Estate Component has a slot of options and settings, but of course make all ideal for every customer not possible, but possible to make some thing special for every customer.
