I am sorry, into yours conversation…
I used RealEstateManager of the free version, but was not able to use it in Joomla! 3.6.0

Before (Joomla! 3.5.1)

After (Joomla! 3.6.0)
error messege "Sanity test. Error version check! "

All fine.

It is Joomla version check.

If you have free version, you can easy update it. For this you need download last version from website.

You must have version of component not lower 3.5 to make update.


Before making any upgrades, make the backup of your website (files, folders and database).
At first please check upgrade/update process at the test website!

Also, you can buy Pro version and update FREE to PRO, and Sanity test. Error version check will disappear.
