Buying form variables in email

Hello,
I want to had the variables of the buying request Form in the email send to the House Email.
But I dont know where to find or write them.
It must be {customer_name}, {customer_email}, {customer_phone} and {customer_comment} but these don't match.
we only have {hid_value} and {house_title}
How can I do to put those 4 variables in the email ?
