Hi,
I'd like to have a menu item for "rental" category and another menu item for "sales" category.
How can i do that?
In menu type only appears "All categories" option and i can't select only 1 category or only one houses.
Using free version on joomla 3.6.5
What am i doing wrong?

Hello
In Pro version of the "RealEstate manager", you may create menu to any category.
In free version - you may create search request for category which you need, Save url, next create new menu as "External link" to saved before url
