You can't self add mandatory field.
You may add not mandatory field - from "Extra field" and rename it.
If "add mandatory field" is important for you.

I understand.
If not mandatory, this Extra Field, can it be set to hidden?
I want to add some extra details about this user but I don't want for that details to be seen for other visitors of that house.
