after I uploaded serbian language and clic Load language I have following error:
Do you know why it happen?

Hello
In folder
{your site}/components/com_realestatemanager/lang/
You see all languages
every languages base on 2 files
self language file and constant.php file.
If you see errors like you show, this mean in some file not exist constants which exist in file constant.php or vice versa

Thank you for answer, I think this should also be in your manual 
Anyway, after I replace {your site}/components/com_realestatemanager/lang/) my old constant.php (In folder file with new one that I found in lang_rem.zip I have message:
These constants exit in Languages files but not exist in file constants:
Everything is [ OK ]
These constants exit in file constants BUT NOT exist in Languages files: Please see attachment:
What is next step?

Please not take attentions.
We removed this constant, but language reupload, not remove constants so it show : constant exist, but value for it not exist

This connected with different version, which installed on your site and version of component, for what language files created for.
