Hi, did you design you layouts in Real Estate Manager with your OS CCK tool? If so, are we able to modify the layouts with the CCK? Thanks in advance.

No, Real estate manager - this is component for Joomla ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html
but CCK - is another component for Joomla ordasoft.com/cck-content-construction-kit-for-joomla.html
YES with help CCK - you may create properties site like sites with RealEstateManager or better.
But now in CCK not exist: rent calendar, RSS, Print/PDF layouts. All another you may create very easy. And modify fields list and any form
