I have a question.

If you have a menu-item and you link it to the component, by a single category lets say "for sale".
Is it possible to have, or add an introtext? So between the title and all the houses for sale, i have some kind of explanation text.

I am sorry, we haven't description for categories.

But (if this important for you) you may order this from us as "customization service"
Or
in every our layout, we added many module positions, so you may create custom modules with description - and connect to these "Module Positions"

There you will see how you may check module positions for any Jooma page.

After enable option "Show position" - you, on any our page, may add to url parameter tp=1 - and you will see all "Modules positions".
So next: in Joomla Module manager you may use them for some your module, as example for "Custom HTML", and in this module add your text.

Thanks for your feedback. I found the way you have proposed and added a custom field on top of the component.
However, because of these changes, the title appears two times. So I have an extra question.

How do I deactivate the visualisation of the "category alias name" ?
I mean, when I link a menu to a category "house for sale"; it shows all houses that are for sales (and which are in the category "for sale".) I noticed the title appears, and I do not want this. Where can I do this?

I tested and I can set a 'space' in the alias-field, but then in the tabbrowser, the name is empty.
