I cannot change the order of the categories. Only the last 5 (of 25). And I can choose which one is first.

So, now I chosed to start with number 49 (picture) and go till 71. On the other picture I can change the last 5 in the row.

Then I changed the number of categories to 19. So, I have only one page of categories (all in one view), but still it doesn't work. And I can now only change the last 3.
