I have the problem but with title of house, written on cyrillic.
The problem is that titles writen on Unicode are not rooted prperly by RTM component when the SEF URL's are checked Yes in Joomla Global Configuration.
For example:
alternativa.bg/index.php?option=com_real...emid=101&lang=bg
is URL without SEF and:
alternativa.bg/101/view/53-/9/
with SEF URL and as you can notify when the title is written on unicode in my case {Тристаен апартамент}
it missing in the URL.

alternativa.bg/101/view/53-/9/тристаен-апартамент
or
alternativa.bg/101/view/53-/9/тристаен-апартамент.html
as should rooted by Joomla native rooter and properly rooted by your rooter but only with latin titles

I tried to update through red bell button. The green message ÜPDATING was showed on bottom right on page. Then green message UPDATED. Files was updated, but in [About] tab on component version remind 5.6.13 PRO
I tried but the same error reminded.
And 2 new links crashed:
alternativa.bg/index.php?option=com_real...emid=101&lang=bg
and
alternativa.bg/index.php?option=com_real...emid=101&lang=bg
with message:
0 Call to a member function getMenu() on null
Tried to change the PHP version from 7.2 to 5.6 and some texts from kind of
{loadposition com_realestatemanager_all_house_01,xhtml}
are issued for each RTM component position instead RTM content.
I returned PHP 5.6 and switch off the Joomla SEF URL's but two crashed links in single house view reminds. Theese houses exists an can be edited in admin panel.
