I am trying to assign a Joomla Template ONLY to the detail page of the houses. Is that possible and how?

Hi
By default, you may assign any joomla template to any joomla menu, You may set that in menu settings.
But You may check Advanced Template Manager it permit assign any template to any url or urls set.

thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately I am using GANTRY Framework so the Advanced Template Manager doesn't work. Is there any other way? Can I maybe just pull the URL via CSS? I basically only want to hide a single section on the house pages.
This would do the trick, if it would only be apllied to the house pages. Maybe via the body ID`?

same developers have advanced module manager,
You may add "custom HTML module", add to it - your CSS, and with help "advanced module manager" - show this module only to pages which you need
