is that possible to set "RealEstateManager New free" only get properties from one category only? i.e sales or rentals.

For that you need do some like that:

You need create menu to real Estate manager. Go in yours browser to some category. Save URL to that category.

After that create new Menu Item as "External link" (that in Joomla exist so menu type), and as external link set url what you save before.

Exactly so you in real Estate manager may create menu items to any hours search result

after that for first menu to real Estate manager "all category" - Please set "access" as "Special"
