Hi ,

I'm looking into your software for possible implementation on a site I'll be building for a client. I'm trying to decide between your software and some others. So no, I don't have a license - this is a pre-sales question.

When I was researching your software, I read your documentation and watched your video. Your video ends at the point where the admin approves a preliminary booking. What I was trying to find out was what does the person who wanted to make a booking get after the booking is approved?

Is the email automated?
How is the email connected to the payment gateway?

I'm asking these questions because it impacts how much time I may need to plan for when setting up the site.

1. client fill booking form, and send "booking request" to Property owner
2. If there configured "send email" to "Property owner" will send email about this request
3. if there configured "payment gateway", at end "Booking request send", from user ask do payment for this properties booking. If client do payment and it success - admin will see this payment in Realestate::Orders manager
4. Property owner validate booking request, check payment, ask payment, connect to client ... and if all OK, he "accept rent request" or decline.
5 If admin configured send email about "Rent request accepted or not" to client send email
6 id "rent request" accept, The property changed status for date in "Rent request", and this date appear as "Busy" in "Booking calendar", so next client can send "Booking request" only to other dates
