I want to change the text 'search houses' in the search module but cannot find any language files for the module in the language folder in Joomla.
can you tell me where I can change this please and can you also tell me how to disable Google maps altogether.
We are trialing the free version with a view to upgrading if this software works out

hello,
All constants for real estate search module you may change in language file for real estate component in folder:
{yours site}/components/com_realestatemanager/language
for remove map - you need go through full component code.
In real estate manager pro version - exist options for hide map tab - in property, and hide map - for every category

i'm trying to setup realestatemanager in french, but it doesn't works.
i've copied the french php language files in com_realestatemanager/language/ (france.php & french.php).
my joomla (2.5) is setup in french, but the module realestate is still in english. (i use realestatemanager 2.3 mod).
Could you help me ? thanks.

Hello,
Yours site on French ?
What set in language manager ?
for add new language in Real Estate manager
You need not only add new file with that language constants to real estate language folder. You also need set that language for site in yours joomla language manager.
So first you need configure yours site for that new language
