I want to be sure before purchasing the Real Estate extension the following:
is it possible that user can only upload their property without publish it , and then the admin of the site review all data then only admin can publish it.
I don't want the user to have right to publish his property.
is this possible, please let me know.

Hello,
You, in Real estate manager settings, can set what user group can add properties. Also you may set for what users properties will auto publish and approve.
So you may permit or not auto publish some properties from frontend for some users groups
