Hello,
Can you please help me with this issue.
If someone send a buying request or rent request it will go to the sales manager area in the backend.
how can i get notified by email when there is a new request?

Hello,

Email notification exist only in RealEstateManager pro version.
You need enable these settings in Real Estate Manager settings page.
Also first you need configure email setting in joomla global setting - first
