Real estate feature manager
With help yours site admin menu you need go components->realestate manager -> features manager

There ate you may create new features for Real Estate manager or edit old

Sorry, but when I go to components->realestate manager -> features manager I can only see this opcion (pleae check the image)

And also.. in features manager -> Categories for Feature Manager I can´t see anything

When you go in Real estate manager ->features manager, you see 2 tabs.

1. "Categories for Manager Feature", there are you need add category for features, like: Safety,Comfort,Multimedia,Other
2. "Feature" - there are you see button NEW - with it help you may create and add new features for your properties. Exactly as on your images

After create features - you will see them in every property edit - in Real estate manager

I am sorry, true said I not understand you, You may edit features exactly in these interface in RealEstate manager !!

When you go in Real estate manager ->features manager, you see 2 tabs.
