Joomla Real Estate

I have done the main menu. Each menu item is assigned a separate house.
A total of 5 houses.

In the browser, each house
  title - RealEstate Manager
   -meta name="keywords" content="RealEstate Manager
   -meta name="description" content="RealEstate Manager

And I've tried through the administrative panel joomla assign each menu item a title and meta description - nothing helps.

Included only the standard SEF Joomla

And yet all the links are kind of ugly
component/realestatemanager/560/view_house?Itemid=560

As each house enter your Title and Meta, is there a possibility that the links have been interesting. Sef404 and your plug-in is not helping.

The problem is found and corrected.
Download this file and place it in "Joomla/components/com_realestatemanager" ,replacing the old.

I have a similar (maybe worse challenge) when I share my listings online or browse their links, The only title I get is "Real estate manager" with links "ugly" links (as someone put it) e.g. /component/realestatemanager/?task=view&id=45&catid=46&Itemid=149
It would really so beautiful to have the Listing or house title in the link or as the page title.

Any help will so much be appreciated

Please check, turn on or not SEF for you site in joomla global settings.

Please renew menu item what go to Real Estate manager
