Hello,

If you bought template, in it you will see Quick start package, it included site, components and modules, and simple data.
When you install Quick start package - you wil lsee site exactly as our demo.

You no need additional install component

it gives me error "There was an error uploading this file to the server."
I think problems with upload_max_filesize
Please set that variable in php.ini to 4M or more
Size ours Pro version more big than free version, because in it more features.

Thanks,

Actually i bought 3.0 pro package component because 2.2 pro doesn't work shows the correct
location of houses when i entered the address, it mean i need to click on map which won't be accurate.

i know that because of upload_max_filesize is set to less than 2M in php.ini file, is giving the error.
so how do i find that file, as i had visited on online, if it cannot it found , i have to create new php.ini file and paste following
code:
upload_max_filesize: 10M
post_max_size: 10M
max_execution_time: -1
memory_limit: 256M

and i did too but still it giving me same error. so for this case do i need to contact my hosting provider??
it would be grateful if i got solution for this.
Thanks

Hello,

Please delete php ini file, which you created and you may need to request your hosting support in order to make these changes for you if you do not have root access.

I had the same issue, this is how I worked around it:

Upload the component to the tmp folder in your root directory via FTP

/public_html/tmp

Then in the Joomla backend, extension manager and instead of choosing file to upload, put the path to the file in the "Install from URL"

www.yoursite.com/tmp/com_filename.zip

Click on Install and it will grab it from that folder and install it without issue.

This is true with any file that is over 2 meg

Hope this helps
