In know this components support a lot of languages. Is it also possible to use it in a multilanguage website?

Yes,

You may simply check that.
Toy need in Joomla install additional language, after that crate new language content - in joomla language manager.
After that in form add/edit new property in Real estate manager - you wil lcan select for what language you create this property
