Problem upload picture on front-end (site) 7 Years, 9 Months ago

Hi,

I have a problem when I upload the pictures from Joomla (via Media). When I see in joomla, the pictures are present, but
when I see in the front-end (site), I don't see the picture but only the icones.
I think that the problem come from the configuration on my FileZilla.
I have: site/www/new/components/com_realestatemanager/photos but when I check in the front end,
I see src: "./components/com_realestatemanager/photos
And so, site/www/new/ is not present.
Can you tell me, where can I add the missing info?

Thx

Dear Ced1974 ,

Unfortunately we can not reproduce your issue, your website in not available.

It seems more issue of Joomla, than RealEstateManager сomponent.

Please, check below posts
docs.joomla.org/Adding_images

If you you upload in images in RealEstateManager, they must be there.

If you face with such problem You should be more specific.

Provide, correct link, where we can see icones.

Thanks
Taras

HiTaras,

here the link of my Website: www.immoechange.be/new
www.immoechange.be/new/index.php/fr/232/...artement-a-bruxelles

Please note that is not yet active the content is fictitious.

Another problem is, when I click in the menu "offre", I receive a message: Fatal error:
Allowed memory size .........(tried to allocate 14 bytes) .... html.php on line 65.
If I see in this file on line 65, I have: $key = preg_replace('#[^A-Z0-9_.]#i', '', $key);
So, what's the problem and the solution?

Thx

Cédric

Dear Cédric,

About: Fatal error:
1) Allowed memory size ...

Your PHP configuration at the server has a memory limit, which is rather low.
I'd recommend to set it to 32 Mb.

Please, contact your host provider to increase PHP's memory limit to 32 Mb.

or if you have access to php.ini follow in this way:

If so, search for memory_limit and change the value to 32M

If not, do you have a .htaccess file in your Joomla website root folder?
If so, add the following line:
php_value memory_limit 32M

If it not help, please provide us access from website and we will try find solution for you.

2) About images from 1 point not clear, seems page looks good.
www.immoechange.be/new/index.php/fr/232/...artement-a-bruxelles

Could you specify where exactly we can see problem?

Thanks,
Taras

Hi Taras,

for the first point, I sent email to the provider.
For the second, the problem is that I see the main picture (picture of building) but the 3 others (below) are represented
by an icon and not by a picture. It's possible to show also the really picture?

Thanks

Hi Cédric,

Could you specify what do you mean by "really picture"?

RealEstateManager dispaly images, which have been uploaded.

You can crop that images.

Thanks
