Joomla Translate component support

The free version works fine see: www.06.bluepoint-concept.nl
The pro version does not work at all?! See: www.halaltime.eu

End send all our credentials to support a while ago... but still no answer.

Please help us with this!

First of all please update your version of OrdaSoft site automatically website translation software. Update you may do with help update-activation interface, recently we run new version with more features. After update - please not forget refresh cache.

OrdaSoft Free version of automatically website translation - you configure only in in module, and it support only Instance website translation method.

The pro version of OrdaSoft automatically website translation - support "redirect website translation method", and require more configurations steps.

For configure redirect website translation method you need careful reread how to configure joomla software for automatically website translation
Please take attention for .htaccess file configure.

The instant translate is working now.... but the redirect not
We are getting this error: Please try translate this page late. Now happned error at translate time: Unable to perform Translation error code: 403 error messages: Requests from referer www.halaltime.eu are blocked.Please use original page: www.halaltime.eu/"

Do you know where this is going wrong?
Google API is correct connecting.

We need see this, because that we asked FTP and admin access.

Pro version automatically website translator very complicate for configure for 90% users because it ask:
- correct settings in module
- correct settings in component
- correct setting htaccess file
- correct settings in Your Google Translation API account or in Microsoft Translation API account (depend what you use).

In your case most often errors:
- Incorrect setting in SefTranslate Component for Translation API keys
- You not correct configure self Translation API on Google or BINg site.

Please on 403 page, press Ctrl+U, so you will see little more info
