We will leave 1 languages.ini file.

we remove any transform for language title.
Anybody will can type language titles exactly as he need and in order as he need.

Anyway also the "C" would be good to be fixed to prevent any other issues compatibility...

I think this error go away. Because everybody will can self change original language name and we will not do any transformation.
