Hello dear Andrew and hello dear community,

Right now I'm working on a car rental site. First, I want to express my thanks for using the free version of Vehicle Manager, I am very happy with it.
Now, I therefore also use the scroller module but that does not work yet. Here are the steps I take and problem description:

1. Installing the component of Vehicle Manager
2. Setup module scroller - the scroller is working properly.
3. Removing vehicles, adding cars - the scroller has stopped.

or

1. Installing the component of Vehicle Manager
2. Removing vehicles, adding cars.
2. Setup module scroller - The scroller has stopped

Vehicle Settings Manger:

- Only one Category with four cars.
- Car ID 1 to 4
- Cars include all photos

Vehicle Scroller Module settings:

- Sort by Hits Sort by Date or
- Show all cars
- Number of vehicles 4 (or more)

In summary, the scroller stop when I make changes in my vehicle manager. I have the settings in the PHP file scroller checked but I have still no solution. Is this a common problem and someone has a solution? I sincerely hope so since my knowledge of PHP and JavaScript is limited.

Specifications:
Joomla! 1.5.24 Stable
PHP Version: 5.2.5
Website: tasmanrent.host-ed.net
You can find all cars in the section "Wagenpark"

hello,

I try check yours site and not found on it any vehicle Scroller module.

For scroller work - you need check vehicle scroller parameters.
Also you need check - how many vehicle published.

also scroller depend from JQuery JavaScript library. Library what we use in module may have conflict with other JavaScrip libraries.

Or some code error.

But real what happened need check on real site.

You may send admin account to yours site or to yours demo site to us - and we will check where error.
Yours account details you may send with help OrdaSoft support form

Thanks,

First I want to thank you for your reply. The scroller module is on the left side of the main page (but is not moving as I explained). I will send you my admin account details, I've tried about everything and I guess I can't fix it myself. Thanks a lot for your help!

Best regards,

Lennart

Hi Lennart,

First of all that horizontal module - you need move it to horizontal position
For scroll work - items must be more than 5-6. Because scroll start work - if all these items not full fill to default layout.
Default layout - that layout for 4-6 photos - all depend from photo size

Also now on some site exist conflicts for sho scroll module together with alone vehicle. Like now on yours site.

I added on yours site yet 2 Vehicle items and auto scroll - work now. But please change module position

Thanks,
