VehicleManager component support

How do I change the year for vehicles, I would like to have it start at 1960 to 2020.

Also for the transmission section, there needs to be a blank for no speed. Because if you have a auto transmission, sometimes there is no need to put in 3 speed or 4 speed etc. etc.

Transmission: automatic
Drive type: 4wd
Number of cylinders: 6
Number of speeds: This is what I am talking about.... 5Spd
Fuel type: gas
Exterior colors: BLUE
Number of doors: 4
