Please check: every time we send some emails to our clients, this may be some news, discounts, download links...

When clients mails server reply to us "this email not exist" or "This account expire" or ...
we mark so email as not valid - so me stop send emails to so mail box.

If you have so servers, which any not like to them emails mark as SPAM and reply "this email not exist", Please fix this,
Ordinary servers like @hotmail.com - very bad server, very many ours clients with email from it - can't receive emails from us.
Please add all our emails to white list, if you not wish receive our email news, please unsubscribe. because we have many subscribe lists, may be will need do this many times.

And if you see we not reply(this mean some error with mail), please check your spam box and write to our forum.
