I just updated the BookLibrary Component from 4 to 5.02. This was through the native Joomla update system.

After doing so, we started getting the following errors when going to the library component on our website:

"Too few arguments to function plgContentFastSocialShare::onContentPrepare(), 3 passed in /home/mpiasian/public_html/libraries/joomla/event/event.php on line 70 and exactly 4 expected"

I first disabled the Fast Social Share plugin and tried again, but got the same error with the Ignite Gallery plugin. So, I disabled that and got the error again on another plugin.

I stopped after that thinking I cannot disable all the plugins one by one at this point. This is only happening with BookLibrary.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do or if there is a way to downgrade back to the 4.0 version.

Thanks!

Hello

Please in joomla admin menu: System->"global configuration""->Server: "Error Reporting" - turn to "Default"

Thanks for the quick response.

Error reporting was already set to "system default." I tried changing it to various levels, and that made no difference.

I turned on debugging under "system" to see if there would be additional information, but when I did that, the page was completely blank, with nothing, not even an error message.

If it is any help, I am attaching a screenshot of what I am seeing.

Please let me know if you need any additional information. Just so you know, I am running on Joomla! 3.9.15 Stable with PHP Version 7.2.27.

I am using Joomshaper Helix Ultimate template, but I also tested the Library under the basic Beez3 default template. The result was a bit different in that more of the page showed, but the error message with the same with a bit more detail in saying the page could not be found. I am also attaching that screenshot.

Thanks!

Thank you for your offer of assistance.

Unfortunately, due to privacy concerns and regulations, I cannot easily give access at super administrative level to our website. This is not any judgment on your organization, but just a reality here in the Philippines with the strict laws under the data privacy act. It is a bit of a hassle on our part, too.

So, for the time being I will be exploring an alternative. Thanks for our software while it was usable.
