If I decline a rent request then itis is said in CCK that the rent request etinity and the associated order gets deleted.

In reality only the rent request etinity is deleted. The associated order doesn't get deleted in the table os_cck_orders. Also the associated order prices don't get deleted in the table os_cck_orders_price.
