Range doesn't seem to be working. I select a city and then a range of 1000 and I don't get the near by results.

In Real estate Manager ( ordasoft.com/Real-Estate-Manager-Software-Joomla.html ), You may do search nearest houses by location and radius. When you need search by radius You need find(type) your address in location search field, and with help Google GeoAPI Or Open Map Geo API hint, You need select your location center

Fields for set Country, City, You use when you set exactly place where
do search, it not work together with search by radius

When you try search some thing by Radius You need do search only By Radius.
From Your screen You set also search in "Title", "Description" ...
Because you phrase - not exist in all these fields - we found: nothing

and replace it to

$minLon = $lon-$rad/(cos(deg2rad($lat))*69.0) ;// 1 degree = 69 ml
$maxLon = $lon+$rad/(cos(deg2rad($lat))*69.0);
$minLat = $lat-($rad/69.0);
$maxLat = $lat+($rad/69.0);

You in Settings for "advance search" set "Search" for country. so it every time try find "search keywords" in country field.
We turn off this option
