So, I understand that I can change my main screen to Vehicle Manager by choosing it in the main menu, but this displays the category selection screen, not all of the vehicles. I want to display every vehicle, regardless if it's a car, truck, or SUV on the main page. How would I do this?

For show al lvehicle in Vehicle Manager in some menu you may:
Do search with empty paremeters in Vehicle manager. Save link to result and create it as menu item. Set that item as default home page

This does show what I want, however, it says "Trucks

I would either like it to say nothing at all, or to say "All Vehicles" or something similar at the top.
