need to create a layout similar to this one. with the ability to create ebay-friendly html.

I am sorry, but if you see some site so other also can create so site.

Site what you asked pessible create and without VeHicle manager - use only Joomla

Or You may create that and Without Joomla at all. Simply HTML + CSS

Vehicle manager - give for you some special features. You may check free version or check ours demo
