This is what i downloaded, followed the read me instructions to transfer onto the site, but it doesn't show up in components. (why i am confused)

Is there another component installer? Do I need to enable legacy support?

That header for every page we create first part for it like: category name, menu item name, or Vehicle Manager
You may check or change that if you will edit file
{yours site}/components/com_vehiclemanager/vehiclemanager.php
YES, The header is set p like category, item, ie Acura: 2012 Acura TSX Sedan
HOWEVER, when a car is pulled from the SEARCH MODULE, it shows up like Specials 2col:2012 Acura TSX Sedan
I realize we are not clicking on the category First, but is there a way to fix. You can see for yourself click on the website

Hi jon,
For add ours sh404sef - plugin - you need first install sh404sef component. Please search it in internet - that free component. Only site owner ask money for support, but you will can find that component in internet - free.
With search module.
Please check my reply in post before, you need go to code and update what I say - to any thing what you need
