Cant delete images

Cant delete images 14 Years, 6 Months ago

Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can help me with this little problem....

If I go into a vehicles details page then tick the box next to the image I want to delete and click save it doesnt delete it! does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Paul,

Please give for us admin access to yours siteor yours demo site and we will check where error.

You can send account details it through Contact Form

Sorry for the late response I have been away.

I fixed the problem by changing the photo folder to 777 then deleted the images manually then re added them in the vehicle manager component now I can delete them no problem now...

Having the same issue here. I cant delete by taking the very same actions as described previously. Permission to folder is 777. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Best if you will check permission with help cPanle. Ftp - some time show permissions with errors.

You may give to us Admin account details to yours host or to yours demo host and we will check where error. Yours account detailds you may send with help OrdaSoft contact form
